contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Simply email us at info@babybubble.store with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return (optional)

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days 
back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact 
us immediately at info@babybubble.store with a photo 
and we will send a replacement or full refund — 
completely free of charge.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us at 
info@babybubble.store and we will resolve it 
immediately at no cost to you.

LATE REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after 5 
business days, please check with your bank first. 
Then contact us at info@babybubble.store and we 
will investigate immediately.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Items that have been used cannot be returned unless 
they are defective. Sale items are final sale.
